   • Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

   • Our standard return and exchange policy applies to COD orders.
   • Customers can request returns or exchanges within the specified timeframe, subject to our return policy terms and conditions.

8. No Allowance for Opening Packages:

   • For security reasons, customers are not allowed to open packages before making payment upon delivery.

   • Customers are advised to inspect the products carefully upon delivery before making payment.
